I have practiced law in the Roanoke Valley since 1971 in the areas of real estate, taxation, and corporate law. During this time, I have handled and have been associated with many large and small real estate closings with many large and small real estate agents and brokers. Recently I had the occasion, as a part of my law practice, to work with Elizabeth Cranwell with MKB Realtors. I have found her to be an excellent Agent. The property that needed to be sold was in shambles and required a tremendous amount of improvements for marketability. Elizabeth dug in, found out what needed to be done and took care of the known issues. When we finally got an inspection it revealed hidden problems. She didn’t get discouraged, she lined up and drove the effort for locating people to repair it, got it repaired and got it sold. I could not recommend her in any higher way as a real estate agent in the Roanoke Valley.

Elizabeth Cranwell was a joy to work with! As a first time home buyer, she made what can be a very stressful experience seem easy. She is knowledgeable about the area, thorough in her research, patient with questions, attentive to her client's needs and proactive in finding properties for clients. We would recommend her to anyone!

Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. She always had time for us and answered our questions promptly. She was patient while dealing with two buyers in two cities and found ways to work with both of our schedules and locations. She made good negotiation suggestions and got us a good deal on our house. Elizabeth went above and beyond when my car broke down at the inspection and she waited with me for a tow truck and drove me home. I feel she really cared about us. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is great!
